Edelweiss Art Hotel is home to Sushi Tokugawa, a premium Japanese  restaurant in the city known for it’s authentic cuisine and fresh sushi. The restaurant is operated by Hiro Kitchen, LLC, and has private dining rooms, a sushi counter, and a resident Japanese sushi chef.
